B-Price: USD 66 per Metric Ton FOR GRADE 32% FOB RED SEA

PORTS (Adabya, Safaga, …), we sell on base FOB only.

C-Payment: Non Transferable 100% letter of credit (L/C),

confirmed, and irrevocable payable at sight.

D-Quantity required: 15000 MT± 10% monthly.

E-Moisture: 4% Maximum.

F-Packing: IN BULK VESSEL.

G-Delivery time: Within (20) days from date of L/C.

H- Inspection: At loading port on seller's account .

PROCEDURE:

(1) Seller issues Soft Corporate Offer.

(2) Buyer issues ICPO and Authorization for Soft Probe.

(3) Seller issues Draft Contract.

(4) Buyer signs/seals Draft Contract and sends it back to Seller.

(5) Seller signs/seals and sends the Final Legalized Contract and

commercial invoice by email to Buyer.

(6) Within 5 banking days, Buyer opens an-operative 100%

Irrevocable Confirmed Non Transferable letter of credit (LC),

payable at sight .

(7) Delivery begins as per agreed delivery schedule.

If this meets with the buyer’s understanding and approval, they

should issue their official ICPO + banking details in line with the
