PROCEDURES:            

 1) End Buyer issues a LOI

 2)  Seller issues FCO

3) End Buyer sign seal and return the FCO.

 4)  Seller issues Draft Contract

 5) End Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return   To the buyer

 6) The buyer receives securities bills of lading, certificate of origin and SGS

7)  And no visit to refinery as time is short (After accepting the offer also time is short ) The buyer sends us now banking model  The guarantee and the model contract   Form to be sent bank seller’s bank

PROOF OF PRODUCTS(POP) CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: 1)Copy of License to export

 2)Copy of approval to export

 3)Copy of Statement of availability of the product

 4)Copy of the factory commitment to produce the product

 5)Copy of Port Storage agreement

Quantity & Quality: The quantity will be ascertained at the load port by draft survey conducted by a surveyor of international repute such as SGS / Inspectorate etc , the draft survey weight shall be entered on the Bill/s of Lading and shall be final and binding

Special Terms: This offer is considered as an introduction to an annual contract of     MTs  monthly.  The Sale/Purchase Contract shall state that successful conclusion for   this initial quantity of  10.000  TRAIL ORDER  MTs shall activate similar quantity monthly    ,
